I love all things recruitment and have worked on all sides of the fence in this industry: agency, in-house and as the founder of a two localization niche recruitment organisations.
I love matching the right person for the right job and hearing the excitement in someone’s voice when they are offered their dream job, knowing that it will make a great change in their life.
After studying marketing in Dublin, Annette moved to sales where she sold many things, included but not limited to advertising, hygiene products, Groupon deals and middleware!, before she discovered the world of Recruitment. From there, the rest is history after 7 years working as a recruiter and Talent manager managing technical recruitment teams within Agency and within global IT clients, she discovered the Localization industry and loved it for too many reasons to list, but mostly because even though it is a truly global industry, it still has a lovely community feel and the people that work in this industry and full of passion about it. Over the last 11 years, she has founded and managed two Niche recruitment agencies for this industry, the first Synergy Recruit with her sister and business partner and the second L10n People which she founded on her own. These days she is busy coming up with ideas on how we can make this industry more attractive and visible to those outside it and how to bridge gaps that exist between University programs in this field and the needs of the commercial industry.
Back in the day, dancing late and High BPM aerobics was the order of the day, but now with a business to run and three fantastic little people to entertain and care for, you are more likely to find her in the hot Yoga room or in a nice restaurant for Brunch on Sat morning! She still likes the idea of the morning dance clubs they have in London, where people go dancing as exercise before work, but not sure the kids would be up for it!
Anna GajzlerGLOBAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Anna equals sales, she began life selling software but very early in her career discovered the localization industry. She began her career in Localization in 2007 and successfully drove sales with the Life-science sector for many years for Argos Multilingual in her hometown of Krakow. She is a strong believer that sales are all about relationships and after working Argos for over 7 years Anna decided to try her hand at recruitment where she can build relationships with clients and candidates combined. She loves chatting with localization people who are so passionate about their work. She also really gets it when it comes to understanding customer needs and always tries to get a better picture of their concerns/problems and has a very consultative approach. She is fascinated with all things social and social selling, as she believes that sales and recruitment have evolved more in the past few years than it did in the previous 30 -40 years.
Her passion is horse riding, but having 2 year- old she is currently spending her free time in playgrounds talking to other moms about the future of our “brood” instead of discussing breed!

Valentina ConiglioResearcher / Multiligual Recruiter and Account manager
Valentina is Italian and our most recent addition to the Dublin Office. She is a wanderer! It’s a good job we have global offices ! Since she was born, she has not remained in the same city for more than 5 years, until she fell in love with Rome, where she stayed for 10 years studying (a lot!) and working in HR / recruitment and in the government law/PA sector. Not even Rome could keep her and she started travelling again: Milan, Paris and finally Ireland (in Cork like!) she discovered the amazing world of the people management and later on went back to her first love: recruitment! She is also a clinical psychologist and has 2 specializations, HR management and in International Cooperation.
Creativity, fun and a place to stay in touch with the world is why she joined us in our Dublin office, where she began as a researcher and is now growing our Multilingual customer service and IT support business.
Knitting, baking, creating new objects by recycling old ones and making jewelry out of old shirts or used coffee capsules are what she does for fun. Her next challenge is to learn to carve wood and to build an electrical circuit…. Where? We still don’t know!
